This home will be available around mid June 2009. You may drive by the outside but I cannot get you inside until after mid June. If you think you want the home you can put $500 down and have first right of refusal. This means that once the home is available you will be the first prospect to go in the home. At that time you can say you want to move forward with the deal or say you want out of the program. If you want out after you see the inside of the home you get all your money back.
